Role Description We are currently looking for two Senior Product Analysts (all genders) to join us: one to support our Pricing team and another to support our Selling Experience team. - You analyze product performance metrics, user engagement, and feedback not just to deliver insights, but to drive measurable business outcomes and customer-first product improvements. - You join cross-functional product teams during their discovery phases to provide them with data-based insights and ideas, collaborating with product management, engineering, design, and marketing to ensure data-driven decision-making. - You propose and lead data-driven projects that significantly move the needle on key business outcomes, always asking: "What changes for the customer or the business when this is done?" - You translate complex data into clear narratives, moving beyond simply reporting findings to actively advising stakeholders and senior management on the exact actions needed to move the business forward. - You conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the e-commerce landscape, with a primary focus on B2B dynamics while also considering B2C market influences. Qualifications - You have substantial experience in product analysis, particularly in digital products, and thrive in a data-driven environment. - You have advanced knowledge of writing SQL. - You are a good storyteller and use visualization tools like "Tableau" to communicate your findings effectively. - You bring specialized experience in either Pricing or B2B Seller Experience, allowing you to provide deep analytical insights in one of these core areas. - You ideally bring basic programming knowledge in Python, R or a similar programming language. - You bring deep analytical rigor, refusing to stop at surface-level insights and instead following the data thread to its logical end to uncover root causes and inform strategic initiatives. - You operate with an "act as a company owner" mentality, scanning your domain to proactively identify gaps, proposing thought-through solutions, and driving business impact without waiting for a roadmap or predefined requests. - You actively leverage AI-driven tools to accelerate data analysis and automate complex workflows. You use modern AI assistance to ensure high analytical accuracy and to solve challenges more efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - You are fluent in English (C1) and enjoy working in an international environment. Benefits - You have the flexibility to choose between working remotely (within Germany) or from one of our locations in Cologne, Darmstadt, Düsseldorf, or in Berlin! - No problem – we offer you an attractive relocation package to give you a smooth start. - Get top deals for fitness, swimming, yoga and more through Urban Sports Club and RSG Group Fitness Studios. - We support you on your well-being journey with special offerings such as Instahelp, the digital platform for online psychological counseling. - Enjoy 30 days of vacation per year and the opportunity to take a sabbatical once you have been part of the team for a certain period! - Buy Pluxee vouchers through us and benefit from tax-advantaged meal allowances! - We subsidise your train season ticket for more mobility with the ‘Deutschlandticket’. - You will receive a monthly coupon for Kaufland.de. - Free choice of operating system: MacOS or Ubuntu Linux, it's up to you. - Benefit from our online language learning programs, diverse in-house training, and our automated 360-degree feedback.
