Virtual Administrative Assistant About The Role PurePM is seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team on a Contract basis. PurePM is dedicated to creating a superior housing experience based on trust, value, and peace of mind. We serve property investors by maximising their asset's performance and ensure residents have a safe, clean, and pleasant place to live with responsive management. This is a fully remote role, offering the opportunity to support a dynamic team from your own home office. The successful candidate will be a cornerstone of our administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes that allow our property managers to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks to support our property management team. Your key duties will include: * Managing and organising schedules, appointments, and calendars for the team. * Handling incoming email correspondence and phone enquiries in a professional and timely manner. * Preparing, formatting, and editing documents, reports, and presentations. * Performing accurate data entry and maintaining company databases, including tenant and property records. * Assisting with the coordination of maintenance requests and communication between residents and contractors. * Organising digital files and ensuring all documentation is current and easily accessible. * Providing general administrative support as required to contribute to the team's success. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with a strong administrative background and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will possess: * Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. * Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. * The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. * A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving. * Previous experience in property management or the real estate sector is advantageous but not essential.
