OSINT Analyst
Centre for Information Resilience - CIR
Role Description The OSINT Analyst – Open-Source Data Collection and Evidence Archiving (Ukraine) will work in a team dedicated to investigating war crimes and human rights abuses associated with the conflict in Ukraine. They will focus on systematic collection, verification, and archiving of open-source material related to the war in Ukraine. The analyst will contribute to and maintain structured evidence datasets drawn from social media, messaging platforms, and other open sources, supporting large-scale databases that underpin investigations, reporting, and public-facing mapping products. Contract Type: Contractor Contract duration: Until 31 March 2027. Immediate start available. Hours needed for this role: Full time. Languages: You must be able to speak and write English. Ukrainian and/or Russian language proficiency desirable. Location: Remote. The candidate may make use of CIR’s office premises in Westminster, London or Kyiv, Ukraine. Closing date: Monday 27th April 2026 at 23:55pm. Main Responsibilities - Collect, verify, and archive large volumes of open-source material, including social media posts, messaging platform content (e.g. Telegram), videos, images, satellite imagery, and other digital data related to the Ukraine conflict. - Apply OSINT verification techniques, including geolocation, chronolocation, metadata analysis, and source evaluation, to ensure collected material meets relevant evidentiary, analytical, and quality standards. - Structure, tag, and catalogue open-source material within evidence databases to support efficient retrieval, analysis, and long-term preservation. - Collaborate closely with investigators, analysts, and CIR’s Data and Technology Team to ensure collected material supports investigative, legal, and public reporting needs. - Deliver training and mentoring to colleagues and partners on best practices for open-source evidence collection, verification, and archiving. - Uphold CIR’s standards for ethical, safe, and secure investigative practice, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and safeguarding requirements, including risk mitigation and responsible handling of sensitive or graphic content. Qualifications - Demonstrable prior experience of OSINT collection, verification, and archiving. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical terminology for lay audiences and to support clear, concise and timely reporting. Requirements - Prior experience of digital evidence handling, assessment, or e-discovery practices. - Prior experience of delivering training, skill-sharing, or capacity-building, particularly in OSINT contexts. - Working proficiency in Ukrainian and/or Russian languages. The Associate Financial Analyst is a member of the Finance Department and reports to the Sr. Manager, FP&A. Key Responsibilities: - Develop accurate and timely project budgets for grants/proposals and input detailed budgets into customer grant portals. - Develop key statistics, on a per-budget basis, to highlight profitable and fair market value price points. - Support the Sr. Manager, FP&A and other finance team members with timely information, facts and trending, financial modeling, and other data requests. - Use company-specific and overall market data to help drive financial decisions. - Assist and work directly with the Business Development team to develop program concept estimates. - Update internal data-tracking reports and spreadsheets on an ongoing basis. - Manage, oversee, and consistently update shared documents in collaboration with other departments. - Update weekly KPI reports sent to management and parent company. - Make recommendations to leadership with regards to where the companies’ resources are most efficiently allocated based on profitability and the labor required to complete projects. - Compile back-up documentation to assist in milestone and final reconciliations of grants. - Reconcile budgets for completed projects, in collaboration with the outcomes team, in an accurate and timely manner. - Contribute to yearly budgeting and forecasting activities at the direction of the Sr. Manager, FP&A and SVP, Finance & Operations. - Assist in tracking, updating, and amending revenue on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. - Develop and send invoices to customers; assist the Sr. Manager FP&A with A/R tracking. - Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as needed. Location: 4224 Ridge Lea Road, Amherst New York Job Summary The Mortgage Senior Loan Processor is responsible for ensuring loans are processed accurately and in a timely manner, while maintaining compliance with federal, state, local, and investor guidelines.
