Key Responsibilities - Communicate with Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat to facilitate accommodation reservations. - Provide detailed information regarding hotel options, pricing, amenities, and local attractions to support client decisions. - Accurately process reservation requests and confirm bookings promptly. - Address and resolve client inquiries and booking-related issues professionally and in a timely manner. - Maintain precise records of client interactions and reservations within CRM systems. - Stay updated on the latest hospitality industry trends and accommodation offerings to ensure excellent service.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality industries is preferred.
- Strong passion for travel and familiarity with accommodation services and tourist destinations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills focused on client satisfaction.
- Ability to use CRM software and standard office applications effectively.
- Self-driven with the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with fully paid relocation support provided.
