Job Requirements

The FBC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned nursing units to ensure safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care. Reviews and approves time and attendance utilizing timekeeping software under the Direction of the FBC Director. - Maintains adequate material/supply by overseeing the procurement of supplies utilizing material management software. - Maintains working relationship with FBC vendors, consultants and care providers. - Assists the FBC Director in the review and enforcement of departmental policies and procedures. Trains and communications with professionals on new or changed policies and procedures. - Familiarity with job functions and assignments to efficiently rotate or alternate jobs between the professionals on duty based on their knowledge, skills, and abilities based on organizational need. - Ability to fill In as RN doing bedside care as needed. - Participate in professional selection, interviews, and onboarding ensuring training and development. - Assist with performance evaluations for FBC staff. - Works with professionals to educate them on service resolution opportunities with patients and other interdepartmental matters in a courteous and efficient manner conducive with the organization’s values. - Conducts quality and safety inspections to ensure work meets or exceeds established standards demonstrating commitment in infection control, safety, quality, customer service, and delivering patient satisfaction. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Education: - - BSN required or equivalent experience. MSN preferred. MS in Business or Healthcare Administration also considered. License: - - Current Washington State RN license. Certification: - - Certification in clinical area of expertise preferred. - Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (HCP) level to be completed within six (6) months of hire. Experience: - - Prior experience/expertise for three years in clinical area relevant to unit patient population required. - Two years of charge nurse, team leader or other leadership experience preferred. Under the leadership of the Enterprise Contact Center Team, the Patient Engagement Specialist role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while scheduling patients.
