Role Description Reporting to the Director of Radiology and Education, this role serves as the central operational lead responsible for driving execution, program coordination, and complex scheduling across clinical, education, and teleradiology functions. The position combines strategic support with hands-on operational ownership, ensuring alignment across initiatives, visibility into performance metrics, and seamless coordination of programs and workflows. Job Duties - Scheduling & Program Coordination - Manage scheduling across three imaging centers, ensuring appropriate coverage for DVMs and radiologists. - Oversee teleradiology scheduling to ensure efficient case distribution and workflow continuity. - Develop and maintain teaching schedules for residents and faculty radiologists. - Coordinate and facilitate new SVI-resident onboarding. - Organize and coordinate recurring academic activities (rounds, KCC, book/journal club, etc.). - Track and manage resident training hours and documentation in collaboration with the Residency Director. - Client Onboarding & Support (Teleradiology) - Lead onboarding and orientation for new teleradiology clients. - Provide guidance on workflows, systems, and expectations. - Serve as a point of contact for information, onboarding-related questions and support. - Education Program Administration (Sage Veterinary Academy) - Manage learner enrollment across self-directed and guided training programs. - Monitor learner progress, engagement, and completion metrics. - Generate and maintain training reports for internal stakeholders. - Own learner experience through communication, tracking, and issue resolution. - Learning Management System (LMS) Support - Update and maintain LMS content under the direction of the Director of Education. - Upload, organize, and quality-check educational materials (courses, modules, assets). - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of learning content. - Radiologist Onboarding Support (Radiology) - Maintain recruitment databases, etc., for recruitment. - Prepare/update materials in support of the onboarding and orientation of new radiologists (in-house and teleradiology). - Track the radiologist lifecycle and support the Director in managing key milestones.
