Qualifications Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions: - High school diploma or equivalent is necessary. - A minimum of one year of previous contact center selling experience. - Internet Speed - 200Mbps or faster with a direct connection to modem (Wi-Fi Prohibited). - Other Equipment/Utility capabilities- Workstation space and nearby electrical outlet/s able to accommodate computer (laptop) and 2 independent monitors (computer equipment/monitors will be provided). - Must live in Texas. - Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivator with a knack for working independently. - Proficient computer and technical skills, that help support the best customer solutions. - Physical Abilities: Work environment includes sitting, standing, and walking. - Ability to work full time and weekends as necessary.
