• Agent Development: Build agent flows and automation pipelines using LangFlow. • Technical Customization: Create custom Python components to address specific needs of AI flows. • LLM Orchestration: Configure multiple language models (LLMs) according to the context and requirements of each step in the process. • Data Engineering for AI: Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector search, embeddings, and knowledge databases. • Complex Automation: Develop multi-step flow logic, including loops, agent memory, and robust conditionals. • Integration: Connect agents via APIs, webhooks, and CRMs to internal and external systems. • Business Awareness: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational requirements into practical automation solutions. • Maintenance and Quality: Ensure solution robustness with error handling, performance monitoring, and implementation of Human-in-the-Loop validation checkpoints.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Python: Ability to create scripts, custom components, and robust integrations.
- Experience with LangFlow: Hands-on experience orchestrating agent flows on the platform (or similar LLM orchestration tools).
- Knowledge of Language Models: Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and agent memory.
- Integration Architecture: Solid experience consuming and building REST APIs and webhooks.
- Databases: Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and conventional databases.
- Programming Logic: Experience implementing complex conditional logic and process automation.
