What you bring - Holds an RPSGT credential from the BRPT (or an equivalent certification), or is a Registered Respiratory Therapist from the NBRC (or an equivalent certification); - Must be certified, registered, or licensed to practice in the state of California; - Ability to initiate PAP therapy and to monitor adherence according to company policy. - Ability to troubleshoot PAP devices. - Experience with an EMR/EHR system or database system - Exceptional communication and organizational skills - Comfort with digital tools, multitasking, and a dynamic team environment - A genuine passion for patient care, improving healthcare access and patient outcomes What makes you stand out - Prior experience in a durable medical equipment (DME) setting or sleep medicine practice, including hands-on experience with mask fitting and selection, PAP setup, troubleshooting equipment issues, and monitoring patient adherence to PAP therapy - Technical knowledge of RPM and remote software (e.g., Airview). - An understanding of healthcare insurances and billing - High level of empathy and understanding of patients' needs as you strive to provide exceptional patient service and support throughout their care journey.
