• Support the development and maintenance of financial and other related tools to be used by the Business Operations Department. • Work with all the departments in Precision for Medicine (and sister companies as necessary) that are either budgeted for or participate in the knowledge of the services Precision provides. • Participate in discussions with internal personnel to analyze and develop the departmental algorithms to appropriately capture budgetary needs. • Complete assigned tasks with promptness and accuracy. • Ensure trackers are kept up to date with status of assigned tasks. • Participate in the implementation of rates to be used for all resources across all departments. • Work with our financial department and outside consultants to ensure the Business Operations tools and/or systems contain the necessary data for all reporting and functional requirements. • Assist in the training of Business Operations personnel on using the tools and/or systems. • Assist in the training of operations staff on reading and interpreting the tools and/or systems. • Support the management of the tool(s) and/or system(s) to ensure compatibility with Precision ERP and Salesforce (and other) needs. • Assist Business Operations on unique client requests where systems may need to be adjusted. • May participate in departmental initiatives. • And other job duties as assigned by the line manager.

Own the GTM financial story in board materials and quarterly investor packages. • Lead cross-cutting strategic finance initiatives. Bring the structured thinking and analytical depth of a strategic finance background to operating questions. • Drive AI adoption across the finance function. Build AI into how the team works: forecasting, analysis, reporting, and decision support. • Develop a high performing team. Covering GTM FP&A, top line forecasting, finance data and analytics, and sales compensation.

Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance required, subject to contract requirements. - 10+ years of relevant experience in program delivery, product delivery, consulting, data initiatives, enterprise technology, or related fields. - Experience leading complex delivery efforts involving data platforms, analytics, or enterprise technology solutions. - Experience working directly with senior government stakeholders in the Department of Defense or a similarly complex federal environment. - Strong project management, requirements management, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to non-technical audiences. - Experience translating business needs into actionable requirements for technical teams. - Experience managing backlogs, priorities, user stories, release planning, and cross-functional execution. - Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, including analysts, engineers, and functional stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to drive execution, manage competing priorities, and maintain delivery momentum. - Experience using collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Palantir Foundry. (Strongly Preferred) - Experience with Advana, Databricks, or large-scale DoD data environments. • Drive the evolution of the finance function by transitioning manual workflows into AI-augmented processes, specifically leveraging GenAI APIs and vibe coding (leveraging LLMs to generate functional code via natural language) to automate complex accounting tasks. • Oversee the administration and optimization of, and act as lead in providing financial and accounting functional expertise for various accounting systems including NetSuite, Workday, Equity Edge, FloQast, Coupa, Navan, Salesforce, ZoneBilling, Papaya Global, and others as required. • Take ownership of the Finance Transformation roadmap, working closely with cross-functional key stakeholders at all levels to establish transformation objectives and deliver ongoing communication around system implementations, upgrades and business transformation projects. • Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system enhancements and process improvements. • Act as the primary point of contact between finance and IT teams, fostering effective communication and alignment on system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting efforts. • Build GenAI powered finance and accounting automations to automate complex accounting and finance tasks. • Develop and implement best practices for system usage, data integrity, and compliance with accounting standards, regulatory and internal audit requirements. • Lead end-to-end system implementations and upgrades, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations. • Focus on initiatives that will enable reporting that includes management dashboards, metrics process improvements and enables complex problem solving. • Design and provide training to finance users on system functionalities, new features, and enhancements.
