Description The BI Developer at TherapyNotes is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role transforms raw data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations, primarily using Microsoft Power BI. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in data modeling and reporting with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable insights. Responsibilities - Design, develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop and maintain data models, including performing data transformations and optimizing queries for performance. - Connect and integrate Power BI with various data sources, including SQL databases, Excel files, and cloud-based data services. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and appropriate access controls across reports and dashboards. - Monitor and optimize report performance, usability, and reliability. - Provide documentation, guidance, and training to end users to promote effective use of business intelligence tools. - Continuously enhance reporting solutions based on user feedback and evolving business needs. - Support broader analytics initiatives by helping establish best practices for data visualization, reporting, and data governance.
