• Build and optimize WordPress websites and landing pages designed to support appointment bookings and retail performance. • Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create high-performing, mobile-first user experiences. • Develop and maintain scalable template systems that support standardized campaign delivery. • Implement SEO best practices and ensure technical optimization across all builds. • Implement and support tracking infrastructure including GA4, conversion events, UTM structures, and pixel integrations. • Support landing page builds aligned to paid media campaigns including Google Ads and Meta. • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization across devices. • Design WordPress websites using Divi and other frameworks, ensuring alignment with client branding while prioritizing user experience and conversion performance. • Build modular design systems that allow for repeatable, efficient asset production across multiple practices. • Translate strategic recommendations into structured activation messaging within predefined campaign templates. • Optimize booking flows, call-to-action placement, and page structure using performance data and best practices. • Continuously improve user experience and site structure to increase measurable outcomes. • Select and implement visual assets that support revenue-driving service lines including clinical services, retail, contact lenses, and specialty offerings. • Make updates to client websites while maintaining template integrity, quality, and delivery efficiency.

• Lead the quality, consistency, and execution of digital experiences across campaigns, brands, and client engagements. • Design and build high-performance websites that bring creative vision to life through thoughtful UI and UX execution. • Own the full lifecycle of website development, from site mapping and wireframing in Figma to final build and launch in WordPress. • Ensure all websites are visually strong, intuitive to navigate, mobile responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance and conversion.

Le graphiste conçoit des maquettes web haute fidélité destinées à une intégration sous WordPress via Elementor. Il intervient exclusivement sur la conception graphique et l'expérience utilisateur. Vos missions - Concevoir des maquettes web complètes (desktop, mobile, responsive) compatibles avec les contraintes de WordPress/Elementor - Structurer des pages types (accueil, services, landing, pages institutionnelles) - Produire des wireframes et maquettes haute fidélité - Définir une direction artistique digitale cohérente - Créer un mini design system (typographies, couleurs, boutons, sections, grilles) - Concevoir des sections modulaires réutilisables adaptées à la logique Elementor - Anticiper les contraintes d'intégration (grilles, espacements, responsive, hiérarchie visuelle) - Fournir des livrables clairs et structurés pour faciliter le travail du développeur/intégrateur Vos compétences Pour postuler à ce poste, il est nécessaire d’être majeur. - Excellente maîtrise de Figma (ou outil équivalent) - Expérience en design web ou créations visuelles - Bonne compréhension des logiques de pages builders (notamment Elementor) - Maîtrise du responsive design - Capacité à concevoir des layouts propres, structurés et facilement intégrables - Sens avancé de l'UX et de la hiérarchie visuelle - Rigueur, sens du détail et professionnalisme Un portfolio démontrant des projets de créations web ou de contenus et la capacité à gérer un projet design de A à Z en autonomie sont des atouts.
