This role allows you to contribute to a safer internet environment by moderating user-generated content while immersing yourself in the vibrant culture of Sofia. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating content to ensure it aligns with community standards, focusing on Danish language content. Key Responsibilities - Moderate and review user-generated content in Danish to ensure compliance with community guidelines. - Accurately classify content and make moderation decisions based on company policies. - Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the respective teams. - Provide feedback on content trends and user behavior to improve moderation strategies. - Collaborate with team members to optimize moderation processes and maintain a positive community environment. - Stay updated on company policies and industry guidelines related to content moderation.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently.
- Excellent communication skills for clear and respectful moderation decisions.
- Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and with discretion.
- Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
