Position Overview We are seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented Business and Operations Analyst to support the operations of our Comprehensive Code Scans business. This role requires the utmost integrity, strong attention to detail, effective collaboration, and technical acumen. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the broader field of M&A, and to gain exposure to technical due diligence work. This is an entry-level, remote role. Some travel for training and team offsites will be  required.   Core Responsibilities Process Execution ·      Execute standardized multi-stage and multi-system workflows following detailed procedural documentation ·      Manage multiple concurrent projects at different stages Quality Control & Error Management ·      Proactively review outputs and deliverables to identify quality issues like errors and data inconsistencies ·      Identify and resolve process errors and timeouts to keep system processes on track ·      Maintain error logs with resolutions for future reference Communication Standards ·      Proactively coordinate with team members to ensure continuity and visibility of work ·      Updates stakeholders promptly regarding project status and issues ·      Create and update documentation and resources   Required Skills & Experience Professional Qualities ·      Integrity: always acts with exceptional integrity; trust and discretion are of the utmost importance due to the confidential and sensitive nature of the work ·      Accountability: Takes ownership of mistakes and is willing to identify and share the root causes of failures ·      Fast and responsive learner: able to get up to speed quickly and make adjustments based on feedback ·      Self-sufficiency: able to work independently with little hands on direction at times; able to troubleshoot and solve problems before asking for assistance ·      Attention to detail: Catches typos, incorrect parameters, mismatched numbers to ensure consistently high-quality deliverables ·      Systematic thinking: able to follow and understand complex systems and multi-step procedures Technical Competencies ·      0-2 years in technical operations, QA, or process-driven technical roles ·      Basic database query experience ·      Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel ·      Experience with file systems and structured directory management
