Delivery Manager / Technical Program Manager Role Overview We are seeking a process-oriented Delivery Manager focused on operational support for our Infrastructure and Security teams. In this role, you will focus on the internal mechanics of technical delivery, alignment between technical teams, and holding others accountable. In partnership with a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the rhythm and outcomes for: - Vulnerability remediation - Patch facilitation - Incident postmortems - Project execution and delivery with Technical Operations The ideal candidate is adept at transforming security and incident findings into a repeatable (ideally automated) process for assigning accountability and ensuring technical teams have the data they need to stay on track. Key Responsibilities Project Management 🗓️ Jira / ServiceNow Mastery Act as the engine for delivering date-based projects mapped to high-visibility initiatives. Ensure clean Jira hygiene, dependencies are mapped, risks are identified and raised quickly, and “source of truth” documentation is kept up to date. Quarterly Planning Ensure vertical teams adhere to cadence, outputs, and tactics for commitment ceremonies. Actively participate in ensuring epics and initiatives are accurately represented. Stakeholder Partnership Hold technical teams accountable for defining scope, impact, metrics, and success criteria. Collaborate with engineering to ensure requirements are clear and actionable. Vulnerability & Patch Operations ⚙️ Vulnerability Tracking Manage the internal pipeline for vulnerability remediation. Monitor aging tickets, follow up with engineering teams, and ensure mitigations are documented. Patching Lifecycle Coordinate the end-to-end patching schedule across the enterprise. Ensure awareness of deadlines and track progress against maintenance windows. Risk Reporting Build and maintain internal dashboards providing a data-driven view of operational health, including vulnerabilities, patching, and incidents. Communicating & Presenting Status Communications Own internal communications during active operations or maintenance. Deliver clear, concise updates to technical stakeholders on status, risks, and timelines, with content easily consumable by non-technical audiences. Planning & Visibility Support Contribute to mid-quarter and quarterly planning activities. While presentation delivery is not required, the data provided is critical for Product and Program leadership to gain visibility and buy-in. Project Administration & Process Jira / Confluence / ServiceNow Administration Serve as the primary administrator for project boards. Ensure tickets are groomed, dependencies are mapped, and Confluence documentation remains accurate and current. Process Improvement Identify bottlenecks in deployment and task tracking. Recommend workflow automations or template improvements to reduce manual overhead for engineers. Required Qualifications Experience 3+ years of operational coordination or program management experience within an IT Operations or Enterprise Infrastructure environment. Technical Literacy Comfortable communicating in the context of IT operations, security vulnerabilities, and incident management. Project Tooling Advanced proficiency with Jira (sprints, boards, reporting) and ServiceNow (documentation and templates). Operational Discipline Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and deadline management abilities. Communication Skills Ability to distill complex technical updates into clear, concise internal status reports.
