Role Description We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to own the post-sale customer relationship. You will drive product adoption, retention, and expansion by ensuring customers realise full value from our platform. Key Responsibilities - Onboard new customers and guide them to early success milestones. - Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and health reviews. - Identify upsell and expansion opportunities. - Proactively manage at-risk customers and reduce churn. - Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product development. Requirements - 2+ years of customer success or account management experience. - Strong relationship-building and communication skills. - Experience with CRM and CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar). - Commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities. - Self-organised and effective in a remote environment.
