So kannst du unsere gemeinsame Reise als CRM Manager (m/w/d) aktiv mitgestalten: Deine Aufgaben Als CRM Manager (m/w/d) arbeitest du eng mit unseren Teams aus den Bereichen Marketing, Brand, Sales, Tech, Operations und Service zusammen, um wirkungsvolle CRM-Strategien für Deutschland, die Schweiz und das Vereinigte Königreich zu gestalten und umzusetzen. Darüber hinaus unterstützt du uns in einem dynamischen Umfeld bei der Harmonisierung unserer CRM-Systeme, mit dem Ziel, ein effizientes und zukunftsfähiges CRM-Framework zu etablieren. Deine Aufgaben: - Verantwortung für die Kundenkommunikation mit Fokus auf die Steigerung des App-Engagements. - Sicherstellen, dass Aktivierungsstrategien mit Unternehmenszielen und rechtlichen Anforderungen im Einklang stehen. - Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Lifecycle-Strategien sowie darauf abgestimmte Customer Journeys. - Gestaltung umsatzstarker Automatisierungen durch Personalisierung und Integration dynamischer Inhalte entlang der gesamten Customer Journey. - Erstellung gezielter Bulk-Kampagnen basierend auf User Personas, Verhalten, In-App-Aktivitäten und Interessen. - Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von A/B-Tests zur Optimierung von Kampagnen. - Orchestrierung mehrerer Kanäle (E-Mail, SMS, In-App Messages, Push Notifications). - Regelmäßiges Monitoring und Analyse der CRM-Maßnahmen. - Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Markenkommunikation über alle Touchpoints hinweg. - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams und Stakeholdern. - Beobachtung von Markttrends (insbesondere im Bereich KI) und Identifikation neuer Möglichkeiten zur Kundenbindung. Das bringts du mit Must haves: - Bachelor-Abschluss und mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im CRM-Bereich. - Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. - Grundkenntnisse in SQL und HTML. - Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Marketing-Automatisierungssoftware, insbesondere Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement. - Analytisches Denken und Erfahrung in datengestützter Entscheidungsfindung. - Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement. - Ein kommunikativer Teamplayer mit hoher Eigenmotivation und Verantwortungsbewusstsein. - Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld mehrere Prioritäten souverän zu managen.
