AI-First Product Builder, Go/TypeScript

• Rapid Prototyping & Shipping: Build working prototypes within hours using tools like Claude Code or Cursor, run evaluations, analyze latency and token costs, and move features directly into production • End-to-End Product Ownership: Develop features from user feedback and hypotheses without traditional PRDs • AI-native Backend Development: Develop scalable Go services (REST, gRPC, microservices) while integrating RAG systems, memory, and agent workflows • Fullstack Implementation with TypeScript: Build and integrate modern frontends or services with TypeScript, especially for fast iterations and AI-driven interfaces • Generative UI & Agentic Interfaces: Create dynamic interfaces with AI-first approaches and work with design-as-code (e.g., DESIGN.md, Tailwind + AI) • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and founders in a flat hierarchy where everyone builds and takes ownership • Velocity-Driven Culture: Continuously improve speed and quality with a clear focus on output rather than alignment
Job Requirements
- Strong to excellent Go skills (backend, APIs, concurrency, performance, architecture)
- Good to strong TypeScript skills, ideally in a fullstack context
- Practical experience with modern AI tooling such as Claude, Cursor, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of AI system design (RAG, agents, evaluation, cost & latency management)
- Experience with logistics processes, e.g., warehouse management, fulfillment, or supply chain
- Strong product thinking with the ability to translate user problems into concrete, measurable features and prioritize them
- High sense of ownership and self-drive
