• Make calls to stores and collect information according to client requests, recording data in the internal platform • Provide customer support in Portuguese via phone, e-mail, chat or social media, answering questions about products, services, policies and company processes • Log and track requests, complaints and suggestions in internal systems • Support the Spanish-speaking team with internal requests and assist communication between Portuguese and Spanish when needed • Perform data mining and analysis on the existing database to update information such as numbers and alerts
Job Requirements
- Advanced Spanish (all leadership and supervisors communicate in this language)
- Ability to adapt to change and flexibility to work across different tasks as required
- Own computer and stable internet connection (100% remote)
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Previous customer service experience (in-person or remote)

As an Adult Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of mental health conditions and other psychiatric illnesses. You will provide consultations via telemedicine platforms, allowing you to offer accessible and convenient care to patients from the comfort of your own home. General Hours of Work: Monday- Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST) Exempt/Nonexempt: Exempt (Salaried) Department/Unit: Specialty Clinic Hours/FTE: 40 hours per week/1.0 FTE Reports To: Avel eCare Medical Director ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Physician is able to work from home. - Conduct remote consultations with patients to assess, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for a wide range of mental health conditions in an outpatient clinic setting. - Provide outpatient adult clinic assessments for conditions such as major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and other psychotic disorders, PTSD, ADHD, and other adult psychiatric conditions. REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - MD or DO degree is required. - Telemedicine experience preferred but not required. Our proprietary software tracks patients’ physiological data (Blood Pressure, Weight, Blood Glucose, Lung Capacity, Oxygenation), identifying dangerous out-of-range values and trends that impact health. As an RPM 365 Care Coach, you’ll engage patients, track and analyze their data, provide education, and encourage adherence to their care plans. About You You're a licensed LPN/LVN passionate about healthcare innovation and patient outcomes.
