Major Responsibilities - Conduct sensitive investigations across a range of areas including players, officials, and other league and team employees. - Assist legal and other departments in the investigation of any potential integrity-related misconduct. - Communicate effectively with senior leadership on all investigative findings. - Develop security plans and coordinate the implementation of these plans for various global events. Required Skills/Knowledge - Ability to organize data and prepare detailed reports of investigative findings. - Strong background in intelligence gathering, to include familiarity and use of online resources, investigative databases, subscription services, and public record checks. - Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality of sensitive information. - Proven expertise in conducting complex and varied criminal investigations to include, but not limited to financial crimes, crimes of violence, gambling offenses, weapons offenses, and drug and alcohol-related offenses. - Ability to utilize and interpret information acquired through a variety of sources, to include personal interviews, document examination, and open-source media and video. - Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal business groups, with law enforcement contacts, and security services. - Firm understanding of basic threat, vulnerability, and risk assessment methodologies. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Flexibility to travel as needed. • Quantify and summarize total brand customer audience performance and outcomes • Complete comprehensive end-to-end analysis, from data collection and visualization to presentation of key findings and actionable insights • Provide an objective source of truth to assess marketing campaigns and tactics • Partner with stakeholders to set expected outcomes and goals for marketing campaigns and customer audiences • Build effective relationships with core stakeholders – marketing, analytics, planning, promotions, corporate strategy • Perform QA of data collection and recommend necessary fixes and updates; escalate high impact issues to leadership for resolution

• Collects assigned medical records from EMR/EHR systems and prepares them for medical record abstraction • Documents retrieval progress/findings for each EMR accessed • Communicates effectively and professionally with provider offices • Reviews assigned medical records in order to abstract specified, clinical data elements for HEDIS reporting (e.g. date of service of breast cancer screening, date of service and results of laboratory tests related to chronic conditions) • Documents abstraction findings on appropriate paper and/or electronic tools as directed by the HEDIS MR Team • Communicates additional pursuit strategies, if needed, to other members of the team as defined in the department’s policies and procedures
