Job Requirements

  • Around 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Python or R for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar user analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

As the Staff Data Analyst – Lifetime Value, you will serve as the business owner of the LTV framework. You will be responsible for the integrity, evolution, and business adoption of our LTV model — ensuring it is methodologically sound, operationally scalable, and deeply embedded in decision-making across Marketing, Finance, Product, and executive leadership. This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics and strategy. You will live and breathe LTV — owning not just reporting, but how the organization understands, trusts, and acts on customer value.
