Responsibilities As a Senior Microsoft AI Developer, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale AI-driven software solutions using Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit and Azure technologies - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver effective AI and automation solutions - Develop, test, and deploy product features, ensuring they align with client needs and quality standards - Support agile product delivery by working closely with cross-functional teams and adopting Agile Scrum methodologies - Utilize Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Graph connectors, API plugins, and Azure AI Search to deliver robust solutions - Guide integration of APIs and microservices architectures for scalable and secure applications - Implement best practices in source code management, CI/CD, and DevOps using tools like GitHub and Azure DevOps - Collaborate with UX teams to incorporate user feedback and optimize end-user experiences - Troubleshoot complex issues and provide support throughout the software development lifecycle - Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring team members and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Own the end-to-end administration of the Association’s primary AI platform and Microsoft Copilot • Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning, SSO configuration, permission tiers, and seat allocation across standard and Pro/Max license tiers • Ensure platform configurations meet enterprise security standards and Responsible AI guidelines • Design, build, and maintain integrations between AI platforms and core enterprise systems • Partner with Enterprise Risk to ensure all AI platform configurations meet data security policies • Track platform consumption patterns and generate usage analytics • Serve as the primary technical point of contact with AI platform vendors • Lead technical due diligence when new AI tools are proposed • Own the build and maintenance of internal CoE tooling • Forecast platform capacity needs as adoption grows

• Experience in architecting and implementing solutions with LLMs in a corporate environment; • Proficiency with agent systems, workflows, chains, or multi-agent architectures; • Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, Agno, LangChain, or equivalents; • Ability to structure approaches for orchestration, memory, context, tool use, and integration with corporate data sources; • Experience defining guardrails, fallbacks, observability, security, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms; • Ability to translate business use cases into scalable technical designs; • Strong communication skills to serve as a technical reference for the internal team and leadership; • Develop and implement artificial intelligence solutions.

Resumen del rol Buscamos un perfil Senior AI Engineer con experiencia profunda en el diseño e implementación de sistemas escalables de agentes basados en LLMs, capaces de operar en entornos de producción, con múltiples fuentes de información, herramientas externas y flujos complejos de decisión. El enfoque de este rol es la construcción de arquitecturas robustas de agentes (single y multi-agent) para procesos no determinísticos con alto impacto en el negocio, integrando capacidades de razonamiento, ejecución de acciones, memoria y evaluación continua, bajo esquemas de human-in-the-loop. El candidato ideal ha llevado agentes desde diseño → producción → operación, y entiende los trade-offs reales entre calidad, latencia, escabilidad, costos y confiabilidad.
