Brand Ambassador

RYZE

• Represent RYZE at local events, pop-ups, and sampling opportunities to drive brand awareness and trial • Educate consumers on the benefits of RYZE Mushroom Coffee and how it fits into everyday routines • Build relationships with local communities, organizations, and partners to expand brand presence • Create and share authentic social content that reflects RYZE’s brand voice and values • Bring fresh, creative ideas to help RYZE show up in unexpected and culturally relevant ways • Other related duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Passion for wellness, coffee, and community-focused brands
  • Confident, outgoing communicator comfortable engaging both in person and online
  • Ability to represent the RYZE brand professionally and authentically
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills and someone who takes pride in being a reliable team player
  • Comfortable working independently as a contractor
  • Experience with brand promotion and education, in-person field marketing events is a plus, but not required

Hear from our employees directly on our Glassdoor page! 🌟 Clay Campus Ambassador This inaugural class will play a foundational role in co-creating Clay’s Campus Ambassador Program with our team this summer as part of our Clay on Campus Growth Committee —and will return to campus in Fall 2026 ready to launch a Clay Club on their own campus. Clay Campus Ambassadors will play a key role in raising awareness and adoption of Clay as a skill for students and help shape how the next generation of GTM Engineers (GTME) learn, build, and grow on campus. Open to all students, especially those interested in Growth, GTME, Sales, RevOps, or Product 📚 Program Structure Phase 1: Learn Clay Clay Campus Ambassadors will learn Clay together in their own virtual training program. The one-week (mostly) async training program kicking off June 1 will provide hands-on experience with Clay, help you build a portfolio of Clay use cases directly correlated to careers in Growth, GTME, Sales, RevOps, or Product. You’ll also have direct access to Clay’s team, and feature mentors who can speak to career paths in go-to-market engineering. By the end of the one-week program, you will: - Have a portfolio of Claytables to use for career development - Gain an understanding of Clay and modern GTM workflows - Learn how today's leading growth teams operate - Meet your fellow campus growth committee leaders Phase 2: Program Development After completing the training program, the Clay on Campus Growth Committee will collaborate directly with our team this summer to co-design the campus ambassador program. Previous healthcare experience a plus but not required. Our Practice Ambassadors serve as the first impression in our patient’s experience by providing remarkable customer service primarily via phone, with occasional in-person patient care. Role and Responsibilities - Answer phones, schedule appointments, collect patient financial responsibility, and ensure all information is collected in the patient’s chart. - Provide concierge level customer service while interacting with patients, referring offices, and team members over the phone or via electronic communication. - Answer the phone promptly with a smile. - Schedule for multiple practices based on each doctor's preferences. - Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and effective use of exam and treatment rooms. - Make outbound calls to patients being referred for procedures. - Manage patient calls regarding post-operative and billing questions. - Maintain professional relationship with referring offices. - Maintain confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA. - Perform other related duties as assigned.
