• Create, manage, and maintain daily, weekly, and ongoing caregiver schedules • Match caregivers to clients based on skills, certifications, location, and client preferences • Communicate schedule assignments, updates, and changes to caregivers and clients • Handle call-outs, last-minute schedule changes, and emergency coverage • Monitor schedules for compliance with labor laws, overtime limits, and agency policies • Coordinate with nursing, HR, and operations teams regarding new hires • Update and maintain accurate scheduling and visit records • Confirm scheduled visits, track attendance, and address missed or late shifts • Respond to caregiver and client scheduling inquiries, concerns, or complaints • Support payroll accuracy by verifying hours worked
