Litigation Assistant
Corvia Consulting
• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys handling litigation cases • Draft, format, and review legal documents and correspondence • Manage case files, track deadlines, and ensure all case materials are up to date • Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and third parties in both English and Spanish • Coordinate filings, discovery, and document production • Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant case records
Job Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in both written and verbal communication)
- Prior experience working as a Litigation Assistant or in a litigation-focused legal support role
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures, deadlines, and legal terminology
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Strong professional communication skills
- Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
