Inside Sales Supervisor
Flexcon
• Directly supervise team by providing guidance and coaching to regional ISR team members on project work and day to day activities. • Lead and motivate the team to grow sales • Utilize communication platforms in reaching out to customers to help resolve issues and provide quick response to inquiries • Responsible for appropriate team coverage (accounting for vacations, illness and attendance issues.) • Provide continuous feedback and input to team, including annual and mid-year written performance reviews and goal setting. • Responsible for new account assessment within your regional team and assigning new accounts to the appropriate CSR/TSR as needed. • Attend seminars, workshops, and conferences to improve on existing job knowledge. • Travel to customers, end users, and industry partners as needed to support the business and build customer relationships. • Prepare reports and updates as needed. • Proactively prospect and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts. • Collaborate closely with marketing, product management and outside sales to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue potential. • Utilize Salesforce to track, manage, and update sales activities, pipeline, and customer information accurately. • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs, consistently striving for sales excellence. • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to effectively position our products/services in the market. • Forecast plan and budget on monthly and annual basis, support the team during forecasting process
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
- 2–5 years in inside sales
- Experience coaching and training peers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Travel: up to 10%
