Job Description As a Client Enablement Program Manager, you serve as a strategic partner towards OXIO’s Large-scale/Marquis clients, playing a vital role in analyzing business needs and objectives across internal and external stakeholders, as well as the industries in which our clients operate. You will guide clients in formulating actionable strategies to leverage OXIO’s technology and lead cross-functional programs that drive successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term platform value. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, program management, and technical enablement; requiring strong execution skills, stakeholder management, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Responsibilities - Collaborate with large-scale/Marquis clients to analyze and understand their business needs, objectives and operational constraints - Partner with Solution Engineering and the Customer Success team to ensure a unified & comprehensive approach towards the launch of new clients - Act as the primary program lead for client enablement initiatives, including onboarding, issue resolution and the fulfillment of Voice of the Customer (VOC) development requests - Determine and define projects scope and objectives, including designing clear, measurable action plans that will guide our project teams in their implementation work - Develop and manage a detailed technical project schedule and work plan - Guide clients through onboarding and technical implementation to OXIO platform, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery - Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress - Utilize industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout the project execution - Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement - Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner - Lead project teams, made up of resources from Product, Sales, Operations, Customer Support and Revenue Assurance, in onboarding new Clients, enabling new features and implementing reporting capabilities - Identify future product enhancements through collaborative engagements with clients to support product usage/development strategies - Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and change-management considerations that could impact client success Requirements - Bachelors degree required - 5+ years of experience supporting Clients/Customer with a least 2 years being in Telecom and/or SaaS environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Overview Our Nurse Practitioner (NP) plays a critical role in assessing patients' mental and physical health based on symptoms and complaints. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans, which may include conducting individual psychotherapy, diagnosing psychiatric disorders, and prescribing medications. NPs also order diagnostic tests, monitor patients’ medication use and side effects, and educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options. Salary The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000. Responsibilities Treatment Planning & Implementation: 75% - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement, or evaluate treatment plans. - Conduct individual psychotherapy for those with chronic or acute mental disorders. - Prescribe psychotropic medications, including controlled substances, and educate patients on medication risks, benefits, and side effects. - Monitor patients’ medication usage, side effects, and results. - Evaluate patients’ behavior and response to treatment to assess the effectiveness of interventions. - Educate patients and family members about mental health conditions, treatment plans, and medications. - Work effectively with difficult patients, verbally deescalating when necessary. Compliance & Documentation: 15% - Document patients’ medical and psychological histories, physical assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, and outcomes. - Complete all patient visits and accurate documentation in the EHR. - Practice in compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, national standards of care, and internal policies. - Use recommended references and consult with the Clinical Director/Medical Director as needed for clinical guidance. Patient Assessment & Diagnosis: 10% - Assess patients’ mental and physical status based on presenting symptoms and complaints. - Diagnose psychiatric disorders and mental health conditions. - Distinguish between physiologically- and psychologically-based disorders and diagnose appropriately. - Order appropriate diagnostic testing such as EKGs, lab work, and other forms of testing as needed. Qualifications - 2 years experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner - Currently holds a Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP) - Experience in Addiction and Mental Health - Open to obtaining additional state licensures - Motivational Interviewing experience - Willingness to work in partnership with the client to achieve goals - Must have experience working with adults in need of general mental health and/or severe mental illness (SMI) treatment - Must have experience and comfort working with patients across the lifespan (ages 13yrs+) - Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and/or substance abuse dual-diagnoses. - Treatment planning - Ability to conduct and utilize comprehensive assessments - Timely and quality documentation; experience with EHRs - Adaptable to technology including telehealth software; comfortable with video communication - Awareness of and compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 - Eligibility to work in the United States.
