• Building and maintaining reusable UI components used across company products • Contributing to the evolution of the company-wide UI Kit and design system • Implementing UI engineering best practices and following shared coding standards • Supporting product teams with UI Kit integration and consistent usage patterns • Collaborating closely with designers on component behavior, styling, and design handoff • Helping improve the quality, consistency, and maintainability of shared frontend code • Participating in code reviews for the shared UI codebase and related integrations • Contributing to frontend development processes, documentation, and team practices
Job Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer with JavaScript and React
- Good hands-on experience with the React ecosystem
- Strong JavaScript knowledge (ES6+)
- Solid experience building responsive web applications for desktop and mobile browsers (HTML, CSS, React, Material UI)
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance basics
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Good level of spoken and written English and Russian
- Hands-on experience working with reusable UI components and shared frontend libraries
- Good understanding of component-driven development tools and workflows (Storybook, MDX, visual testing)
- Understanding of design tokens, theming, and maintainable UI architecture principles
- Experience collaborating with designers using tools such as Figma and participating in design handoff
- Strong attention to UI quality, consistency, and reusable component development
- Experience integrating shared UI Kit components into applications
- Good understanding of software testing fundamentals for frontend applications (unit, UI, integration, component tests)
- Proactive mindset and readiness to take ownership of assigned UI Kit areas and tasks
- Ability to work independently on well-defined problems and ask for support when needed
- Experience participating in code reviews and following coding standards
