Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in learning design, facilitation, or sales enablement, preferably in a sales, customer service, call center, and/or regulated environment
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading and developing learning or instructional design teams
  • Experience with adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and blended learning delivery
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, sales and call center environments, and performance drivers for frontline sales agents
