Job Description
Creative Director
Assistantly
About Assistantly Assistantly places elite Unicorns into high-performing environments where expectations are clear, the bar is high, and the support is real. This role is part of Assistantly’s sourcing and endorsement process — meaning you are placed into a long-term role where strong execution, good judgment, and proactive partnership matter. You’ll have ongoing coaching, clear standards, and a dedicated Success Manager behind you so you can focus on doing excellent work and growing in the role. This isn’t freelance or temporary work. It’s a long-term career pathway designed for impact, stability, and advancement. About the Role This is a hybrid creative leadership role for an operator who can turn business insight into assets that drive revenue. You will step into a fast-moving environment where the expectation is not to wait for a fully built machine, but to build one. Work is delegated through outcomes, not hand-holding. You are expected to take direction at the strategic level, convert it into clear briefs, campaigns, and sales assets, and keep momentum high across multiple workstreams.
Job Requirements
- Lead creative direction across all active brands and maintain consistency in voice, visual standards, and output quality.
- Build clear human-led creative briefs for content and design resources so execution is aligned and actionable.
- Write and direct core sales collateral including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and video sales letter scripts.
- Turn business wins and measurable results into compelling before-and-after case studies with clear narrative and proof.
- Own copy for landing pages, email sequences, and outreach messaging, or brief those assets with precise direction.
- Create a content system that converts ideas, stories, and wins into repeatable multi-format output across platforms.
- Identify hooks, formats, and messaging angles that perform, then use those insights to shape future campaigns.
- Partner closely with revenue and marketing functions so funnel strategy, messaging, and content work as one system.
- Lead the creative function by setting standards, giving feedback, and keeping output moving on time.
- Report on what is working, what is not, and where creative effort should double down based on measurable response.
- Non-Negotiables
- Proven experience leading revenue-focused creative work in a hands-on execution role.
- Strong writing ability across sales copy, case studies, content, and marketing assets.
- Fluent English, with clear written and verbal communication.
- Availability that supports consistent collaboration in a fast-moving remote environment.
- Ability to lead creatives through strong briefing, feedback, and quality control without micromanaging.
- Strong judgment around what makes content effective versus simply polished.
- Bias for action with the ability to ship, iterate, and improve quickly.
- Comfort working inside founder-led, high-accountability workflows.
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Go High Level, or similar systems is a strong advantage.
- Direct, low-drama communication style and consistent follow-through are required.

Art Director We’re hiring an Art Director to own design for a set of search and social clients and to lead a small production bench. The work blends AI-generated assets, traditional design tools, and a practical design-system mindset. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you do need the appetite to learn fast and adjust as tools and platforms shift. What You'll Do - Translate client goals into clear creative hypotheses and lightweight prototypes. - Develop ads that can be tested and iterated quickly. - Lead the creation of both AI-generated and traditional assets (static, motion, short-form video). - Maintain prompt libraries, guardrails, and quality assurance standards. - Partner with account and media teams on KPIs, budgets, and testing agendas. - Integrate brand and performance insights back into each client’s creative system. - Manage a small group of freelancers, including scoping work, giving actionable feedback, and keeping timelines and budgets on track. - Identify efficiency improvements (e.g., reducing handoffs, improving templates, strengthening naming and metadata systems). - Spot opportunities for automation (batching, scripts, export workflows) that improve speed without sacrificing quality. - Maintain a steady testing cadence with Search and Social teams. - Review performance results with the team and determine what to scale or retire. - Monitor overall creative effectiveness and the resources required to achieve it. What You'll Bring - 2–3+ years in art direction with shipped work that moved KPIs. - Hands-on comfort with generative AI tools (image/video/copy) and thoughtful promptcraft. - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC; experience building and maintaining design systems. - Familiarity with platform specs and constraints across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and programmatic. - Experience managing freelancers or a small production team. - Fluency in growth metrics and creative testing. Nice to Have - Branding experience, Automation or scripting chops; motion/video workflow experience. Guidelines for Your Application What We Need: Include a portfolio link and a brief note on any AI and design system experience. Alongside your resume, craft a one-page cover letter that gives us some perspective into your unique journey and passion for this role. The Weight of the Cover Letter: It’s more than just a formality – it’s our first introduction to you. Make it count. Without it, your application won't be reviewed. Adherence to these guidelines is paramount. Missing out will cost you a spot in the process. And then, we all miss out. And that bums us out. Don't bum us out. We value attention to detail, and this is your chance to show that off. We appreciate the effort you put into your application and look forward to getting to know you better!
