Reporting to the Director of New Business Development and supporting our Automotive Training Institute segment, this role is responsible for driving attendance to fill scheduled events with Automotive shop owners that not only have a need for our services but have the ability to invest in our Re-engineering program. What you’ll Drive: - Conduct outbound calls to independent auto repair shops across the U.S. - Effectively communicate the value of our upcoming live events and webinars. - Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and secure attendance commitments. - Identifies and qualifies prospective customers and records sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking systems - Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM software. - Collaborate with marketing and the national coaching team to ensure alignment in messaging and goals. - Following up with no-shows and interested leads to support the national team’s post-event outreach.
