• Jako Customer Project Manager będziesz pełnić kluczową rolę pomostu między zespołem inżynierów a biznesem naszych klientów. • Samodzielnie poprowadzisz komunikację i projekty, dbając o to, by klienci traktowani byli po partnersku. • Będziesz obsługiwać zgłoszenia w systemie ticketowym i prowadzić techniczne ustalenia z działem inżynierów. • Skomplikowane incydenty lub wdrożenia przekujesz na zrozumiały język korzyści i faktów, tłumacząc techniczne zagadnienia na biznesową perspektywę. • Będziesz śledzić i dbać o plany biznesowe klientów, zarządzać harmonogramem oraz budżetem projektów. • Dbasz o rozwój biznesu klienta i kierunek zmian, cyklicznie analizując wykorzystanie zasobów i infrastruktury klienta. • Proaktywnie zaproponujesz plany rozwoju, negocjując warunki handlowe.
Job Requirements
- Min. 2-3 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku o zbliżonym zakresie obowiązków (doświadczenie w prowadzeniu klienta biznesowego B2B).
- Znasz kluczowe pojęcia IT (serwery, środowiska chmurowe, konwersja czy Time-To-First-Byte).
- Jesteś osobą proaktywną, która dostrzega więcej możliwości i szans niż możliwych blokerów.
- Potrafisz myśleć analitycznie, konstruując wyceny dla klienta, analizując jego potrzeby i biznes oraz tworząc raporty i diagramy.
- Swobodnie komunikujesz się w języku angielskim w mowie i piśmie (min. B2/C1).
- Znasz narzędzia takie jak Jira i Confluence (znajomość User.com lub innego systemu CRM będzie miłym plusem).

This position offers a unique career opportunity with the successful energy efficiency programs that promotes energy efficiency projects for National Grid’s programs. Primary Responsibilities: The person in this position broadly markets Energy Efficiency new construction services to large commercial and industrial customers and will require the ability to identify efficiency opportunities, estimate energy savings, maintain customer relationships, deliver presentations and manage projects that qualify for utility new construction incentives. The candidate should have basic general knowledge of building systems, construction practices, and/or the energy efficiency industry. Must be highly motivated, well organized, self-starting, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and work well in a team setting. Experience as a Utility Program Manager specializing in new construction services is desired.
