• Support the implementation and maintenance of the enterprise AI Compliance Management System under direction of the Senior Director, AI Compliance. • Apply established Quality standards, policies, and procedures to AI systems used in GxP-regulated activities. • Serve as a Quality point of contact for AI-related compliance questions at the project and system level. • Provide day-to-day Quality oversight, guidance, and execution support to ensure AI systems are developed, validated, and maintained in compliance with GxP, data integrity, and regulatory expectations. • Work closely with the QMS CDT, QTS and CSV teams as well as Digital, Data Science, IT, and business teams to enable compliant AI adoption while maintaining Quality independence. • Contribute to governance, risk assessments, validation activities, documentation, training, and monitoring of AI systems used in regulated processes.

We’re looking for a hands-on Search / Retrieval expert to quickly diagnose and fix core search issues over a the next few months. What you’ll work on: - Improving search relevance, ranking & filtering - Optimizing hybrid search (BM25 + vector / kNN) - Debugging and tuning production search pipelines What we’re looking for: - Strong experience with OpenSearch / Elasticsearch - Deep understanding of ranking, filtering & relevance tuning - Proven track record of building production-grade search & retrieval systems (beyond basic LLM apps) - Ability to quickly diagnose and unblock real-world systems Important: - Not looking for generic ML / prompt engineers - Must have built and tuned live systems (apps/products we can evaluate) Engagement Type: Short-term freelance / consulting
