Job Description

Forward Deployed Engineer

Ethicrithm Inc.

• Build strong relationships with client teams, conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and present solution recommendations • Deploy, configure, and customize Palantir Foundry/AIP using Python and TypeScript • Understand the intersection of business and technical problems, analyze root causes, and develop creative technical solutions that power real operational outcomes for our clients • Train end users on Palantir tools and develop documentation to support client success • Support planning, timelines, deliverables, and internal collaboration

Job Requirements

  • Energized by working directly with a client on site and remotely
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills that go beyond surface-level to dive into the details, all in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication that can adapt to client preferences and requirements
  • Strong understanding of data engineering principles
  • Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
  • Experience working with complex enterprise data
  • Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity while working on mission-critical projects
  • Value collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning
  • A post-secondary or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field (preferred)
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP (preferred)
  • Experience delivering production ML and/or LLM-based solutions (preferred)
  • Experience delivering production frontend applications in React (preferred)
  • Experience with Spark, Polars, or distributed compute (preferred)
