Role Description EMM Loans LLC is seeking a Loan Closer. This is a remote position that will work east coast hours (8:30am-5:30pm). The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills. Must be able to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities with ease. Qualifications - Minimum 3 years mortgage funding/closing experience. - Encompass experience in a paperless environment. - Analysis of credit reports, bank statements, income documentation, and appraisal documents for program compliance may be required. - Highly organized, detail-oriented and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to adapt to cyclical peaks during the month where volume increases. - Proficient math skills.
