Job Summary As a CNA Assistant on our Corporate Admissions team, you will support the clinical admissions process by conducting comprehensive assessments, identifying medical and clinical needs, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. Our Corporate Admissions team plays a critical role in ensuring each potential client is appropriately assessed and matched to the level of care that best meets their needs. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. Responsibilities - Provide compassionate, professional interactions with prospective clients and families. - Conduct comprehensive assessments for prospective clients via phone. - Gather, review, and document detailed clinical and medical information to support admission decisions. - Collaborate and communicate assessment findings with admissions coordinators, clinicians, nurses, and other internal teams. - Support care coordination by ensuring all required clinical information is obtained prior to admission. - Administrative duties including auditing and scheduling client admits. - Identify and flag medical, psychiatric, or safety concerns to appropriate teams. - Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in CRM and electronic health record (EHR) systems. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all internal policies and procedures. Qualifications - Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent certification required. - Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment is strongly preferred. - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. - Experience with EHR and CRM systems preferred. - Strong communication (written and verbal) and relationship building skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at learning new systems quickly. - Ability to work 100% remotely with reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
