Role Description We are seeking a highly adaptable, experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong leadership capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of government enterprise architecture and data management. You will play a critical role in bridging technical systems and business strategies, requiring excellent communication skills to clearly articulate complex issues in non-technical terminology. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business and technical requirements. - Develop clear and detailed user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria. - Act as a liaison between business units and IT development/engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and sprint planning meetings. - Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for optimization and automation. - Assist in the development of test plans and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs. - Mentor and provide guidance to junior business analysts.
