• Prepare and deliver category and sales analytic reports using syndicated data sources • Develop, maintain, and update sales tools, dashboards, and scorecards to track performance • Support category storytelling by translating data into clear, actionable insights • Assist in preparation of customer-facing presentations and internal reporting materials • Conduct data extraction, validation, and basic analysis to support business initiatives • Participate in ad hoc analyses and cross-functional projects as assigned • Other projects and duties as assigned

• This position is responsible for the implementation of complex Epic tools and processes, and the proactive support and maintenance of assigned Epic modules. • Works independently with minimal supervision to effectively scope, plan, and deliver on customer requests to include break fix issues and projects. • Serves as the Epic Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assigned Epic module(s) and possesses a depth and breadth of knowledge across the Epic platform. • Aids in decisions on integrating applications and improving Epic workflows. • Utilizes best practices to implement and document consistent Epic builds. • Takes ownership of high complexity issues. • Highly responsive to customers and shows an aptitude for the development and documentation of customer requirements. • Serves as a mentor to junior analysts learning Epic.
