Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Analyst to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for banking and fintech integrations - Describe REST API services, including endpoints, request/response schemas, error codes, and data models - Participate in the design and documentation of integration processes, including integration with 1C: DirectBank - Analyze and document complex business processes using Sequence diagrams and BPMN - Work with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and align integration needs - Support API business logic testing, investigate integration issues, and analyze errors - Work with SQL and databases to analyze data sources and validate integration logic - Prepare clear technical and client-facing documentation - Contribute to integrations related to DirectBank, payment gateways, cards, payments, and foreign exchange operations

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a System Analyst in banking or fintech projects
  • Good understanding of banking terminology and integration processes
  • Strong knowledge of REST API architecture and OpenAPI specification
  • Experience describing services: endpoints, request/response schemas, error codes, and data models
  • Understanding of authentication and authorization principles, including OAuth2, certificates, JWT/JWS
  • Knowledge of digital signatures and encryption
  • Understanding of banking integrations, including DirectBank, payment gateways, cards, payments, and FX operations
  • Ability to gather requirements, analyze, and document business processes
  • Experience creating Sequence diagrams and BPMN diagrams
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience working with SQL and databases for analysis purposes
  • Experience testing API business logic and analyzing integration errors
  • Experience documenting 1C: DirectBank integration processes
  • English level: B1 or higher
