Title: Senior Life Sciences Practice Lead Location: DX Home office (Florida) Job Description: As a Life Sciences Industry Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Stibo Systems’ growth and differentiation within the pharmaceutical, CDMOs, biotechnology, and broader Life Sciences ecosystem. In this strategic role, you will define and communicate how our Master Data Management (MDM) platform capabilities and data clouds empower Life Sciences organizations to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, scientific innovation, and AI & Agentic readiness. The job You will serve as a trusted advisor—internally and externally—bridging deep industry insight with data capabilities. You’ll collaborate closely across functions to ensure we stay aligned with market needs and customer expectations, while helping Life Sciences organizations realize the business value of trustworthy data. Key responsibilities Industry Messaging & Use Case definition - Develop and refine compelling, insight‑led messaging positioning Master Data Management as a strategic enabler for Life Sciences – to ensure compliance, to increase efficiency, to enable Agentic cases, etc.- - Identify, prioritize, and package high‑value Life Sciences use cases relevant for the industry key personas, addressing business key challenges. - Translate evolving market trends and regulatory frameworks into actionable value propositions. - Ensure consistent industry positioning across marketing, partner, product, and sales communications. Sales Support & Executive Engagement - Support sales teams by joining strategic opportunities, tailoring messaging, and helping shape proposals for different types of Life Sciences companies. - Engage directly with C-level executives (e.g., CDO, Head of Regulatory, CIO, COO) to elevate master data management conversations to the business agenda. - Provide business context and storytelling that builds confidence and trust with executive stakeholders. Thought Leadership & Content Creation - Serve as a visible thought leader in the Life Sciences industry—contributing to whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and analyst interactions. - Develop engaging content that connects Life Sciences business priorities to the value of trustworthy data and orchestrated intelligence in organizations. - Support campaigns and customer-facing initiatives with use-case narratives, value messaging, and industry-relevant success stories. Enablement & Field Readiness - Deliver field enablement for sales, presales, and partner teams with Life Sciences-specific training, messaging guides, and objection-handling content. - Create and maintain playbooks, value maps, and talk tracks aligned to the Life Sciences buyer journey. - Ensure internal teams can confidently articulate the business value of master data management in the FSI landscape. Customer Interaction & Market Feedback - Act as a strategic advisor to key customers and partners - Bring customer and market feedback into other areas of the organization to influence business plans and go-to-market activities. Who we are looking for: You bring a strong executive presence and communicate with confidence at the C-level, translating complex data topics into clear, compelling business narratives. With a customer-first mindset, you work collaboratively to shape solution-oriented outcomes. You are skilled at influencing and aligning cross-functional teams, and thrive as a proactive, self-driven contributor in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Qualification & experience - 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences ecosystem. - Strong understanding of Life Sciences processes and regulatory frameworks, especially those that impact data management and governance within the industry (e.g., GxP data integrity requirements (ALCOA+), 21 CFR Part 11, IDMP/ISO IDMP, DSCSA/FMD, HIPAA/GDPR, etc.). - Participation in key digital transformation initiatives in Life Sciences organizations. - Proven ability to engage senior business stakeholders and contribute to strategic sales cycles. - Familiar with Data Strategy or Data Governance initiatives. - Background in defining or promoting data-driven use cases across functional and business areas.
