• Working with Davinci Resolve to provide high-quality color correction and grading to enhance the film quality • Color grading in a creative way ensuring color is in line with the vision of the team all while following branding guidelines • Matching all shots and providing a cinematic look • Offering creative solutions, collaborating closely with the production team, and ensuring all final files are complete and organized
Job Requirements
- 3 years experience editing and coloring short-form video content with narrative structure
- High-level experience in color correcting/grading with DaVinci Resolve
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high quality color correcting/grading editing ability
- In depth knowledge of color theory with a strong technical understanding of how color affects the narrative film
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment on a wide variety of projects
- A team player with the ability to learn quickly
- Skilled in handling quick and consistent output without sacrificing quality

What You’ll Be Editing On average per month: - 4–5 long-form YouTube videos (8–14 minutes) - 4 short-form clips (≤25 seconds) derived from long-form content Content is primarily: - Talking head - Instructional - Follow-along movement and rehab education What Success Looks Like in This Role A successful editor in this role: - Delivers a strong Version 1 (not a rough cut) - Anticipates feedback and applies it across future videos - Learns quickly and does not repeat mistakes - Understands when to add graphics or effects - Protects the credibility, authority, and trust of the presenter - Improves pacing, flow, and clarity without being asked every time - Communicates clearly, reliably, and proactively Key Responsibilities: - Edit long-form YouTube videos with a focus on pacing, clarity, and viewer trust - Make thoughtful creative decisions around timing, emphasis, and structure - Ensure visuals align tightly with spoken instruction and on-screen demonstrations - Maintain consistency in brand style, tone, and visual language - Add light motion graphics, callouts, captions, and on-screen elements only when they improve clarity - Create short-form clips that feel native to YouTube Shorts and social platforms - Maintain organized project files, assets, and version control - Collaborate closely with the creator to refine workflow and creative direction over time
