Who You Are Brightwheel is seeking a detail-oriented and diligent individual who thrives in a process-driven environment to play a key role in supporting our sales reps and customers. You are organized, highly accurate in your work, and take pride in following detailed procedures. You are able to work independently and comfortable working on multiple projects at the same time. What You’ll Do in this Contractor Role - Perform data entry tasks by accurately and efficiently inputting and ingesting information into Brightwheel’s product - Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and instructions with full compliance - Maintain clear records of orders and tasks completed - Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to troubleshoot any issues and ensure smooth order processing - Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities - Strong English fluency (verbal and written) - Experience manipulating and organizing data in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc) - High attention to detail and high standards for accuracy - Proven ability to follow step-by-step instructions without deviation - Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms and tools - Strong time management and organizational skills - Learns quickly, is energized by coaching and able to effectively implement feedback - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment for a US-based company as a contractor - Ability to work overlapping with U.S. time zones (ET or PT) - Preferred prior experience (not required) - Order entry / order management - Sales Admin / Support - Data entry - Customer support - Experience working for a US / international company Brightwheel is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is an equal opportunity employer.
