About the Role We are seeking an Integration Consultant to design, build, and deliver integrations that connect critical enterprise systems. This role blends systems architecture, data modeling, customer consulting, and hands-on technical execution. You will collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and Operations teams to understand business workflows, translate requirements into integration architectures, and ensure reliable, scalable data flows across systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across APIs, enterprise platforms, and real-world business processes—bridging technical systems and operational needs. This is a customer-facing technical consulting role. You will lead discovery, validate business workflows, and guide customers through go-live. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement integrations across ERP, HRIS, payroll, expense, and financial platforms - Lead integration discovery sessions to understand business workflows and system requirements - Translate business requirements into integration architectures, data models, and system workflows - Configure authentication, mappings, transformations, schedules, and automation logic - Troubleshoot API, data, and system integration issues across production environments - Lead customer-facing discovery and integration design workshops with finance, HR, and IT teams - Partner with customers to validate integration behavior, data integrity, and business outcomes - Communicate integration design, risks, and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders - Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve platform capabilities and influence roadmap priorities - Develop integration best practices, reusable templates, and scalable delivery methodologies Qualifications Required - 3+ years experience in systems integration, technical consulting, implementation, solutions engineering, or related roles - Experience working with ERP, HRIS, finance, payroll, or enterprise SaaS platforms - Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, ETL pipelines, or system integrations - Strong understanding of business systems workflows (finance, accounting, HR, or operations) - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders - Comfortable managing multiple integrations and customer projects in a fast-paced environment Preferred - Experience with platforms such as NetSuite, Workday, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Emburse/Concur, QuickBooks, or similar systems - Technical fluency with API documentation, JSON, XML, and data transformation concepts - Experience designing or debugging enterprise integrations - Background in SaaS, fintech, ERP consulting, RevOps, or systems engineering - Experience in startup or high-growth environments Why Join Us - Work on mission-critical integrations powering finance and operations teams - Influence the future of AI-driven integration delivery - Exposure to modern enterprise systems and real-world data architecture challenges - High ownership role with direct impact on customers and product direction - Remote-friendly, flexible work environment - Strong growth trajectory toward Integration Architect or Implementation Leadership roles
