• Create invoices, credit memos • Update account records and customer information • Send payment reminders • Assist customers and answer any questions • Send invoices • Engage in communication with Managers and Technicians regarding services being completed and any paperwork needed • Closing invoices in a timely manner-within 48 hours of the services being completed • Communication with customers regarding invoices • Verifying all information on invoices is correct and fees are added • Assist where needed with AR/collections • Taking payments as needed • Help other regions as needed • Participate in weekly billing and sales calls
