Senior FP&A Analyst

Phantom

- Lead monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting - Maintain and enhance core financial models that support strategic and operational decisions - Support annual planning cycles, headcount planning, and multi-scenario analyses - Partner with leaders across the company to ensure alignment, financial accountability, and data-driven decision-making - Strengthen financial operations including spend management, vendor evaluation, and internal processes - Collaborate with Accounting on close activities, accruals, and data integrity - Conduct strategic analyses that inform investment decisions, prioritization, and long-term planning - Prepare insights and materials for leadership reviews, board-level discussions, and external partners - Drive continuous improvement in financial workflows, tooling, and reporting

Job Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance
  • SQL experience required, with the ability to extract, query, and analyze data independently
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in building scalable financial models
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights and simplify complex information
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high degree of ownership
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, consumer finance, or high-growth tech is a plus
  • Familiarity with financial systems like Netsuite, Looker, or equivalent tools is a bonus
