Head of AI Enablement

Flying Bisons

• Design and implement a coherent AI operating model for the entire organization. • Independently build internal tools. • Take ownership of the existing prompt library and significantly evolve it. • Design how AI is used by designers, developers, product managers, and researchers. • Establish rules regarding when AI should be used and how outputs are validated. • Design and run AI onboarding for new employees and recurring training for existing teams.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a UX/UI Designer
  • Ability to independently build integrations with AI model APIs (Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini)
  • Experience implementing AI within a team or organization
  • A systematic approach to prompt engineering
  • Stack: Claude / GPT-4o / Gemini, Cursor or Copilot, automation tools (Make, n8n or similar)
  • English C1+ both written and spoken
