Role Description Superior Cloth & Stitch is seeking a senior Amazon and marketplace leader to own and scale our digital commerce business. In this role, you will lead Amazon revenue, advertising investment, and profitability through disciplined execution and return-driven growth. If you have built and run Amazon at scale — managing Seller Central, retail media, and marketplace economics — this is an opportunity to step into one of the company’s most important growth engines and make a measurable impact. As Director, Amazon & Marketplaces, you will own Amazon 3P (Seller Central) performance and provide active leadership across Amazon 1P (Vendor Central). You will be responsible for accelerating growth across multiple brands, including scaling two established 3P businesses (Wink and Carhartt) and launching and building Sewkind on 1P. This is a hands-on Amazon leadership role. You will be directly in Seller Central and Vendor Central, working closely with an external agency and cross-functional partners to plan, execute, and optimize performance across revenue, advertising, promotions, and marketplace operations. CHAI's AI initiative seeks to systematically capture and scale these benefits, delivering meaningful, sustainable health impacts at scale. CHAI is seeking an Associate Director to lead its AI Programs portfolio, responsible for integrating AI across CHAI's diverse programmatic areas including: - Maternal and Child Health - HIV/TB - Cancer - Malaria - NCDs - Health Financing - Health Workforce Reporting to the Senior Director, AI, the Associate Director will work closely with CHAI country teams, global program teams, and government partners to identify high-impact opportunities for AI and guide projects from conception through to measurable impact.
