Backend Engineer – AI Agents, Workflows

• Full ownership of system architecture and ongoing development • Design, development and maintenance of automated workflows and AI agents • Further development of the Supabase architecture, including relational databases • Documentation and technical coaching across the organization
Job Requirements
- More than 5 years of professional experience, including over 2 years in software development
- Tech stack: TypeScript, PostgreSQL
- Strong skills in SQL, API design, schema design, edge functions and query optimization
- Pragmatic ownership mentality, systems thinker, structured, curious, with a passion for AI and automation
- German language skills at C1 are an advantage; B2 level is sufficient
