Business Analyst – Referral Program
SALMON ROBOTICS LIMITED
• Elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize business and product requirements for the offline referral program ecosystem. • Contribute to business development of referral programs in offline distribution channels: hypothesis validation, requirements definition, impact assessment, and scalability analysis. • Own business analysis activities for the Referral Portal as a core product: migration to web (PWA), definition and delivery of new features, API integrations with backend services, improvement of end-to-end user journeys (referral tracking, rewards, withdrawals). • Work with a high-traffic product (WAU 6–8K, MAU ~12K), using data and user insights to identify growth opportunities and product improvements. • Define requirements and support delivery of the new product entity designed to scale best practices across all merchants. • Drive the development of Add Ref Portal: migration to the other systems, definition of processes for managing referrals from Sales Agents (registration, referrer communication, operational updates such as name or phone number changes). • Support additional product streams: adaptation of the referral portal and payment functionality to ALDI requirements, RCL offline origination, compilation of product-level requirements for RCL features relevant to offline use cases, digitization of operational control over RCL plastic card inventory and marketing materials in partner stores. • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to support the delivery process (backlog grooming, clarifications, release support).
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Owner in digital products.
- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation (user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, CJMs).
- Experience with or strong understanding of referral, loyalty, affiliate, or MLM-based systems is a plus.
- Proven experience working with products that have active user bases (MAU/WAU) and an understanding of product metrics and user behavior.
- Hands-on experience collaborating on: API integrations, backend-driven architectures, payment and payout flows (balances, transactions, withdrawals).
- Product-oriented mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, user-centric solutions.
- Experience or strong interest in offline + digital products, partner/agent networks, and retail or merchant ecosystems.
- Readiness to take ownership and grow into a product leadership role.
- Ability to work in complex, cross-functional environments and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency sufficient for working with documentation and international stakeholders.
