Test Analyst – Q.A., Java, TypeScript

• In this role, the professional will initially be directly responsible for executing tests for web software development tasks across the company's digital products. • They will receive direct support from the technical leads of the development squads, the Product Owner, and other members of the Product team to gain knowledge of business rules and initial guidance for test scenarios. • As they grow and deepen their understanding of the business, the professional may take on new responsibilities and gain greater autonomy in task execution.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test Analyst, Software Quality Analyst, or Q.A., demonstrated through previous projects and time in the role.
- Experience with testing frameworks and libraries such as JUnit, Mockito, and Selenium.
- Ability to analyze and plan test scenarios and to develop test plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work closely with the Product team from feature conception and refinement—anticipating testing needs—through to production delivery.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with the Jira agile management platform, or equivalent.
- Knowledge and/or experience with JMeter.
- Knowledge and/or experience with Postman or an equivalent tool.
- Knowledge and/or experience with relational databases.
- Experience with performance and security testing.
- Bachelor’s degree completed; field: Technology or related.
